Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account or using LocalTraffic AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Description of Service

LocalTraffic AI provides an AI-powered local search engine optimization (SEO) platform that analyzes websites, generates content recommendations, creates metadata and schema markup, and surfaces optimization opportunities for local businesses ("Service").

AI-Generated Content: The Service uses large language model (LLM) artificial intelligence systems to generate SEO content, title tags, meta descriptions, schema markup, blog drafts, landing page copy, and other materials. All AI-generated outputs are provided as suggestions only and require your review and approval before publication.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind yourself or your business to these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at legal@localtrafficai.com

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate spam, deceptive content, or content that violates search engine guidelines
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or proprietary data
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

5. AI-Generated Content — Important Limitations

AI Disclosure

Content generated by LocalTraffic AI is produced by artificial intelligence systems and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outputs that require editing. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before it is published to your website. LocalTraffic AI does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be factually accurate, legally compliant, or suitable for your specific business context.

  • AI outputs are suggestions, not professional advice of any kind
  • We are not responsible for SEO outcomes resulting from published AI content
  • You must ensure all published content complies with applicable laws, including advertising standards and truth-in-advertising requirements
  • Schema markup and structured data should be validated before deployment

6. Billing and Payment

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in our refund policy
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination
  • Payment is processed by Stripe and subject to their terms

7. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of your website content and any business information you provide. You grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide the Service.

Our Platform: LocalTraffic AI and all associated technology, trademarks, and platform features are owned by LocalTraffic AI, Inc.. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in our Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR SEO RESULTS WILL BE ACHIEVED. SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS ARE DETERMINED BY THIRD-PARTY SEARCH ENGINES OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOCALTRAFFIC AI, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LocalTraffic AI, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.
