  • Billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
  • Website content and metadata we analyze to provide SEO recommendations
  • Usage data including pages visited, features used, and actions taken in the dashboard
  • Communications you send to our support team

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate AI-powered SEO recommendations, content drafts, and schema markup for your website

3. AI and Third-Party Services

Our platform uses large language model (LLM) services, including OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, to analyze your website and generate content recommendations. When you use our service, relevant portions of your website content may be sent to these third-party AI providers to generate outputs on your behalf.

We also use DataForSEO for keyword and ranking data, Google PageSpeed API for performance analysis, and Stripe for payment processing. Each provider maintains its own privacy policy governing their handling of data.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or preventing fraud.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use session cookies necessary for authentication and service operation. We may use analytics tools (such as Plausible or similar privacy-respecting analytics) to understand aggregate usage. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies or sell behavioral advertising data.
